Title : R&D Project Manager
Location : Louisville, KY
We are seeking a dedicated R&D Project Manager to lead and coordinate various research and development projects. The R&D Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing cross-functional teams and balancing the demands of multiple projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies and an understanding of product development processes will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience (5 years) as an R&D Project Manager. Preferably in the automated equipment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency with project management software.
- Strong knowledge of product development processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional R&D project schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
