Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Windsor Locks, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
