Director of Rehabilitation / DOR

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Height Street Skilled Care - Bakersfield, CA

Pay: $52,110 to $110,975 per year

Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.
