Location: Pleasant View Skilled Nursing & Rehab - Monroe, WI

Pay: $36 to $55 per hour

• 96-bed Skilled Nursing Facility
• Short-Term Care, Long-Term Care, Dementia Care, and short-term Dementia Stabilization Unit. 
• Newly Remodeled long-term unit, short-term rehab unit including both nursing unit and rehab gym. 
• Rehab Gym includes Nautilus equipment, PT gym, OT gym including shower, bedroom, kitchen area- SLP has their own private treatment room. 
• Current rehab team has been at the facility and with Aegis for over 10 years.
• Patients have their own individual rooms and bathrooms. 
• Each unit has their own Nurse Care Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
