We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Administrator to support financial operations within a dynamic and growing organization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working independently while also collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform data entry across multiple platforms and reconcile vendor and client accounts
• Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations across multiple states and countries
• Maintain insurance certifications and state business requirements
• Assist with financial analysis to support company growth and performance improvement
• Work closely with external accounting firms for financial audits
• Maintain professional and effective communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Organize and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making
• Adapt to changing accounting requirements and stay current with industry best practices
• Utilize QuickBooks Online, CRM, and ERP systems for financial tracking

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong multitasking ability, including coordinating with vendors and internal staff
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments is a plus
• U.S. citizenship required
