Qualifications
- Educational Background: Technical degree in Electrical Maintenance, Controls, or a related field OR Associate's degree 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience: Strong background in PLC troubleshooting & programming, ladder logic, robotics, VFDs, servos, and control systems within a manufacturing setting.
- Able to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and control diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation and instrumentation.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
