Job Description :
We are looking for Extrusion Operators to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot plastic extrusion lines, producing quality parts that meet customer specifications. You’ll be part of a team that plays a critical role in our success, working with blueprints and machinery to ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in operating plastic extrusion machinery (profile and sheet extrusion experience preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including experience with minor mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency with measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including every other Saturday.
- Strong focus on quality control and efficient production processes.
