Maintenance Supervisor
Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant facilities, utilities, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. The role involves managing maintenance activities, including building and equipment repair, preventive maintenance (PM), and optimizing processes. Responsibilities also include driving continuous improvement, resolving process issues, and leading daily shift meetings to align team goals and business trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire safety training and ongoing employee development in food safety (HACCP, GMP).
- Supervise skilled trades, manage maintenance schedules, and control expenditures.
- Support Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and enforce company policies.
- Lead special projects to improve processes and provide cross-shift/department support.
- Ensure HACCP and GMP compliance and maintain SAP accountability.
Qualifications
- 5 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, production lines or related fields
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
