Aegis has an opening for a Marketing Manager position with a client in the Rialto, CA area.

- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or related field- Must have
- MBA in Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in some or all of Marketing, Product Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B Marketing experience
- Experience managing direct reports- this person will have 2-3 direct reports
- Experience with commercializing new products & services with customers
- Knowledge of Packaging / Food & Beverage / Healthcare / Consumer Products Goods industry including materials and manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience with Packaging Solutions- Container, Closure, and Automation process, having been familiar with this is huge.
- Customer facing individual- experience with presentations and working alongside all levels within an organization
- Role would involve 10% to 20% travel to other sites. (1-4 times per year)
- Expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams programs and MRP software (Ex. Movex, SAP, Oracle)
- MUST be able to work onsite 5 days a week
