Mechatronics Engineer - Direct Hire

What You’ll Do :

  • 50% Travel Role  – Support Midwest clients on-site, with occasional international trips. (Must have or be able to get a passport.)
  • Service & Troubleshooting  – Read prints, diagnose issues, and fix automation equipment.
  • Automation & Controls  – Work with  Allen Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens  systems. Experience with automation lines is a plus!
  • Machine Design & Programming  – Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing equipment.
  • Customer Interaction  – Understand client needs, troubleshoot on-site, and ensure equipment meets specifications.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience  in mechatronics, automation, or industrial equipment.
  • Degree in Mechatronics Engineering  (preferred) or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of  PLC programming, robotics, and automation systems .
  • Ability to  read schematics / prints  and diagnose mechanical / electrical issues.
  • Willingness to  travel frequently  (Midwest occasional international trips).
  • Problem-solver with great communication skills—able to work independently and with customers.
