This key role requires a financial leader with a strong background in finance and accounting who can drive cost reduction and savings initiatives, foster collaboration between plant and corporate leadership, and provide impactful financial insights to support the plant's growth and efficiency.
Job Type : Direct-hire, full-time
Compensation : Salary up to $125k and full benefits package
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement cost-saving strategies and initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align plant financial goals with overall company objectives.
- Analyze and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide financial guidance and influence decision-making to support strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
