A Key Role in Precision Manufacturing:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer or Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Aegis Worldwide. As a key member of our precision manufacturing group, you will be responsible for programming CNC machines and ensuring seamless production processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Programming CNC lathes, mills, and mill-turn machines using Esprit CAM software
- Troubleshooting programming-related issues on machines to minimize downtime
- Collaborating with a close-knit team of CNC programmers, operators, and setup personnel
- Operating 22 Fanuc-controlled CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For:
8 years of experience in CNC programming or manufacturing engineering
Proficiency in Esprit CAM software (Esprit 2020 & Esprit Edge)
Strong background in CNC lathes and mill-turn machines
Ability to troubleshoot programming-related issues directly on machines
Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
