Production Supervisor
Job Summary:
Oversee 30-100 employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensure efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop team to meet production goals.
- Improve processes to reduce downtime, scrap, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Oversee work orders, scheduling, and employee time tracking.
- Optimize workflow, materials, and logistics.
- Address customer concerns and ensure service excellence.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma.
- Strong communication, organization, and software skills.
