Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management: Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets. Keep everything on track and adjust as needed.
- Client Communication: Be the main point of contact. Provide updates, manage expectations, and handle concerns.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with design, engineering, and assembly teams to ensure projects meet specs and deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues that arise during design, fabrication, or installation.
- Quality Control: Ensure all machines meet safety standards and customer requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and changes.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers for parts, materials, and services.
- Site Management: Oversee installation and commissioning at customer locations when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 4 years of project management experience in manufacturing or machine building.
- Strong understanding of automation or custom machinery.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
