Reliability Engineer - La Porte, TX

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturing company in La Porte, TX area. We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to implement the plant maintenance, mechanical integrity, and reliability processes.

Responsibilities:

• Create programs, author procedures, and conduct training to sustain the processes that meet or exceed compliance expectations and all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain all equipment design records and preventive maintenance record for all assets in the facility.
• Using Recognized and Generally Acceptable Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP); overseeing the results of preventive maintenance inspections; signing off as the PSM equipment owner on inspection paperwork.
• data analysis, create PM measures and adjust PM Schedule

Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a maintenance / mechanical integrity / reliability role
• Demonstrate ability to effectively engage people at all levels and drive change
• Must have OSHA experinece, PSM (Process Safety Management) Expereince, and Recognized and Generally Acceptable Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP)
