Responsibilities:
Preparation, communicating and monitoring of the shipments of products, ensuring customer requirements and inventory policies are met on a daily basis.
Maintain accuracy of inventory items and our inventory system.
Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
Follow up on shipping schedules and releases (Daily & Weekly) Generate shipping paperwork ASN validation Order materials and supplies as needed. Prepare and Package objects for shipping Schedule trucking Respond to customer problems or complaints as needed.
Requirements:
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Critical thinking - ability to devise plans of actions and assess those plans regularly Ability to operate hi lo Ability to effectively handle multiple orders, people and many moving pieces.
Must have at least 3-5 year's experience in a similar role Must be highly motivated, team-oriented individual with an attention to detail. Strong problem solving skills.
Salary : $24 - $30
