We're currently seeking a Stocker position for a leading manufacturer in Itasca, IL. As a Stocker, you will play a vital role in supporting the machine-building group, ensuring they have timely access to the components needed for new equipment assemblies
Hourly Pay - $19 to 21 an hour
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 years of experience as a stocker, stockroom associate, parts room, or in a similar role
- Experience working for a manufacturing company with a large inventory of parts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office, and ERP systems
Responsibilities:
· Supporting the machine-building group, ensuring they have timely access to the components needed for new equipment assemblies.
· Receiving incoming parts—both freshly machined and purchased—and will be responsible for organizing and placing them in the proper locations.
· Documenting everything using Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· When production requires specific parts, the Stock Room Associate will assist in locating and delivering them to the production floor.
