">Aegis Worldwide is hiring a skilled Steel Detailer/Project Estimator to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will create detailed shop drawings, utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
">Key Tasks:
">- Develop detailed shop drawings for structural and miscellaneous steel items. ">
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to review project specifications and plans. ">
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and conduct material take-offs. ">
- Assist in creating bids and proposals for clients, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors as needed. ">
Skills and Qualifications:
">- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in steel fabrication. ">
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with experience in Autodesk Inventor a plus. ">
