- Industry- Industrial settings. Bearing, OEM, steel mills, power transmission companies.
- Experience working in a machine shop setting- willing to get hands dirty
- Experience with driveshafts, motors, engines, heavy duty equipment & machines
- Mechanical interest
- Metal machining experience
- Experience with sales and engineering personal- able to assist in project coordination.
- Able to explain technical details to customers
- Experience using parts catalogs, diagrams, and manuals to identify components.
- Have used basic hand tools and measurement devices- tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.
- Able to read technical drawings and understand measurements- metric & imperial units
- Good communication / Customer service skills- ability to explain technical concepts to customers- mainly email support, some phone
- Computer skills- MS office
