About the Role
We seek a Commissioning Project Manager to provide construction management support services to our valued clients. No previous construction experience is required. This role is responsible for updating daily logs to assist in the overall success of the data center construction. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. General responsibilities include :
- Review and maintain the commissioning plan and checklist developed by the project team, ensuring it aligns with the owner's expectations and project goals.
- Track and monitor the commissioning schedule, identifying potential delays, and advising the team on any required adjustments.
- Conduct regular site inspections on behalf of the owner to verify that commissioning activities are proceeding according to the approved plan, schedule and standards.
- Provide the owner with weekly and monthly commissioning status reports, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.
- Track deficiencies identified during commissioning, ensure they are communicated to the contractor, and monitor corrective actions until they are resolved to the owner's satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the owner, commissioning team, and contractors, facilitating communication, meetings, and resolution of any commissioning-related issues.
