Location : Carlsbad, NM.
Full-Time / Part-Time : Full-Time. Evenings and weekends, generally 4pm - midnight.
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt / Hourly
Pay Range : $17 an hour

Position Overview : Responsible for registration and other customer-facing services.
Responsibilities :
- Complete the registration process for guests : Inputting and retrieving information from the computer system (RMS), confirming pertinent information.
- Checking residents in / out using the RMS reservation software.
- Multi-tasking : Able to work in a fast-paced environment, greet residents immediately with a friendly attitude, use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as mealtimes and amounts.
- Maintain the office : maintain the office condition and arrange any necessary repairs for guests.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
