Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time position. This is a hybrid role that requires candidates to work for any employer without visa transfer.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
• Recording cash and processing daily entries into the Receivable System
• Responding to inquiries and collections from Vertical co-insurers
• Monthly billing of bordereau and/or revolving funds
• Reporting or exhibits required by Management and Underwriters
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• A minimum of an associate's degree in accounting or finance, with a four-year college degree being a plus
• 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in P&C insurance accounting
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills, as well as analytical and accounting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
