Wellness Instructor PRN
Location: Creekside Village, Beaverton OR

As a Program Manager of the Wellness Program, you will:
- Schedule monthly calendar: 5-7 exercises/activities per day, including group exercise/activities.
- Participate as Lead Instructor
- Work closely with the residents to identify those needing therapy
- Work with Residents getting insurance cards and sending them in for processing.
- Schedule Rehab treatments with residents and the Therapists
- Market our program
- Occasionally attend weekly or monthly staff meetings for any special events or program information.
- Keep track of the participation levels and progress of residents.
