Position Overview
We are offering an entrepreneurial opportunity for experienced Certified Community Health Workers (CHWs) who want to operate their own AEIC-branded satellite office under a revenue-sharing model. The Business Associate will oversee case management services, focusing on children, pregnant women, and underserved populations, while ensuring compliance with AEIC policies and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Establish and operate an AEIC satellite office in your designated community
✅ Utilize CHW expertise to provide case management and community health services
✅ Oversee daily operations, service delivery, and compliance with AEIC policies
✅ Train and mentor new and aspiring CHWs as a CHW Training Instructor
✅ Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, social services, and community agencies
✅ Conduct monthly KPI checks to ensure service quality and operational consistency
✅ Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health regulations
✅ Submit financial and service-related reports to AEIC
✅ Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Who Should Apply?

Requirements
📌 Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) with at least 5 years of experience
📌 CHW Training Instructor Certification (required)
📌 Ability to lease or operate a satellite office in a community setting
📌 Must maintain general and professional liability insurance
📌 Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
📌 Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Must be approved by HHSC as a certified Community Health Worker (CHW) and able to work with MCOs in your county/area.
- Submit CHW certification number along with the expiration date, ensuring it is no more than two years from the date of enrollment as a CHW.
- DO NOT apply if you do not have a Community Health Worker certification. Your application will automatically be denied.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
