**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the dental practice, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
- Assist with data entry
- Prepare and organize various documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain our calendar system, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled and coordinated.
- Provide customer support by answering patient inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure all phone calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as proofreading and editing, to ensure the accuracy and quality of our materials.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and clean office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Provide backup support to our personal assistant, ensuring seamless coverage and continuity in our operations.
**Experience:**
- A background in customer support or administrative roles is also valuable.
- A strong understanding of office procedures and software is essential.
- Experience with data entry and calendar management is a plus.
