Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at EMPRO. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth. The role involves creating strategic plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
- 5 years of selling Staffing Solutions
- Experience in strategic planning and market research
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of HR management and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
