Staffing On-Site Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented On-Site Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in the Staffing, transportation and logistics sector. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer inquiries will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding Dispatching of Drivers
• Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving issues, and managing their accounts.
• Utilize Time Management System (TMS) to input and retrieve data efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of supply chain processes and transportation planning to provide informed support.
• Uphold professional phone etiquette while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using technology and software related to transportation management systems is desirable.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
