200-250K base discretionary bonus.

Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Background :
10 years of IT leadership in high-growth organizations, with experience as CIO or similar.
Proven ability to transition IT in-house, scale departments, and integrate M&A technologies.
Knowledge of ERP systems, cloud solutions, and project management tools in construction.
Strong expertise in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
Leadership, communication, and project management skills with a balance of strategy and hands-on execution.
Familiarity with construction-specific tools, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, etc.
Responsibilities :
IT Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with rapid revenue growth. Advise executive leadership on tech trends, risks, and opportunities for innovation
Scaling IT Operations : Transition IT from MSP to in-house. Build a high-performing IT team. Implement scalable infrastructure and processes. Establish performance metrics.
Technology Management : Ensure IT system security, reliability, and performance. Optimize Office 365, Box, NetSuite and other tools. Develop IT policies and governance.
M&A Integration : Oversee seamless IT integration for acquisitions. Align systems and technologies with company standards. Drive post-merger IT strategies.
Cybersecurity & Compliance : Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks. Ensure compliance with NIST and industry regulations.
Collaboration & Change Management : Partner with business units to deliver tailored solutions. Champion digital transformation and balance compliance with efficiency.
