Catheterization Laboratory Technologist Needed
Aequor Allied is seeking a skilled and motivated Cath Lab Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and expand your skill set in a fast-paced cath lab setting.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures
- Operate and maintain cath lab equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and ultrasound devices
- Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure successful procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and procedure results
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as radiologic technology or cardiovascular technology
- Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
- At least 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
