Job Description
This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of patients, gain new experiences, and develop your skills in diagnostic imaging. You will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining accurate records.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images, utilizing your knowledge of radiation physics and patient positioning
- Prepare patients for exams, ensuring their comfort and safety through effective communication and technical expertise
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and exam results, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Your Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in radiography or a related field
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with shifts of up to 8 hours
