Out-patient Setting
For leave coverage
4 Day Schedule (Tuesday - Thursday) (8hr days - 8am to 5pm)
Site is very flexible to accommodate work weeks off
18-20 patients per Shift
Locum provider will have their own MA
Temp privileges may be available for credentialing
Requirements
Active CO State License or IMLC
Board Status : Board Certified Minimum Years Experience(if applicable) : More than 2 years
Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption
Covid vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption
Certification : ACLS
Schedule
4 Day Schedule (Tuesday - Thursday) (8hr days - 8am to 5pm)
Site is very flexible to accommodate work weeks off Site is looking for 6 months of full-time coverage, with the opportunity to extend and go permanent
