Aequor Healthcare is now hiring a full-time Teacher of the Visually Impaired in Stuart, FL for the 2025-2026 school year!
Responsibilities:
- A Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (TVI) is a licensed special education teacher who specializes in meeting the educational needs of students who are blind or have visual impairments. Their primary role involves providing direct or consultative services specific to vision loss. TVIs collaborate with educational teams, assess students’ functional vision, and actively participate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
