What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate position at Aequor Technologies LLC?
Temporary employee to assist with archival of GMP documents and other duties as assigned. Archival assistance includes (but is not limited to) inventorying & archiving documents to send to offsite storage.
Receipt of GMP controlled documents to file within the document control center. Receive and complete document requests from various departments.
Data entry into the archival spreadsheet and filing documents accordingly. Retrieving controlled documents from onsite file storage and inventory documents, pack documents into box and submission of documents to long-term storage facility.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 60 lbs. (approximately)
This role is an on site role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Good communication skills, able to work independently and as a team player.
Ability to follow directions. Attention to detail is critical to this role. Knowledge of cGMPs, GDP, and large-scale pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
