Sr. Manager, Medical Quality & Compliance
Work Schedule :
Mon - Fri, Business Hours
Hybrid role : 50% in office per two-week period
Tues / Thurs are general team meeting days; other onsite days are flexible per manager approval
Requirements / Preferred :
An advanced degree is required; a PharmD is highly preferred
Good background / knowledge of Medical Information
Quality experience / Clinical background
Key Responsibilities :
Ensures Medical Information cases generated within our markets are reviewed and measured against our quality standards and reported in a timely fashion in accordance with Client policies and procedures.
Assists with identifying quality trends and develops quality improvement plans to enhance processes and delivery of Medical Information in assigned area(s).
Ensures audit readiness both internally and externally within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Assists with maintenance of compliance-related training records in the electronic Learning Management System (LMS).
Provides subject matter expertise during audits.
Reviews and analyzes training and QA data to improve performance and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications :
An advanced degree is required; PharmD preferred.
1-2 years of experience managing Medical Information programs to deliver better customer experience is preferred.
Prior Quality Assurance and / or training experience is preferred.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of the evolving healthcare landscape.
Solid organizational and time management skills; proven project management expertise.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a multifunctional organization and lead by influence.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
