We are seeking a highly skilled System and UAT Tester, preferably with basic knowledge in the HCP Engagement domain to join our team. Sound knowledge of IT and data integrations is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our systems through rigorous testing and validation processes. This role requires the ability to work onsite three days a week to provide hands-on support and collaboration with our development and business teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our systems.
Validate IT & data integrations and to be able to identify data discrepancies.
Develop and execute test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
Capture defects from business UAT users and document them to report to development team.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on test results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Provide support and guidance to end-users during the UAT phase, including training and troubleshooting.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a System and UAT Tester, preferably in the HCP Engagement domain.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Sound knowledge of IT & data related integrations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite in East Hanover three days a week.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry.
