Job Title: Data Entry Operator III
Location: Portsmouth, NH (Onsite role)
Duration: 12 months.
On-Site 100% - days may vary - could work out to be Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.
Job Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately transcribing and verifying batch record data into the Global Data Mart (GDM) to support manufacturing operations.
This role involves managing large volumes of data, ensuring data integrity and availability, and working closely with various teams (MSAT, Process Analytics, Validation, and Investigations).
The specialist will also develop an understanding of manufacturing processes, data systems, and analytics tools while providing user support and maintaining compliance with cGMP and training requirements.
Key Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
0–3 years of biotech/data entry experience (preferred).
Strong computer skills (MS Office), detail-oriented, self-motivated, and independent.
