At Aequor, we are seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position on a 3rd shift.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our team at Aequor. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex mechatronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical control and mechanical assembly drawings, as well as service manuals for all equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical problems associated with production and facility equipment in a timely manner.
- Understand and diagnose electrical issues.
- Perform machine PMs.
- Help with machine rebuilds.
Requirements:
- Full and complete understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting and multimeter experience.
- Electrician's License preferred, but not mandatory.
- Injection Molding for plastic packaging for industrial use.
- PLC knowledge, good understanding of troubleshooting valve knowledge and explaining step-by-step how it works, hydraulics, and automation experience.
- Must have good working knowledge of all aspects of electrical controls, mechanical assembly, plumbing, and heating, ventilating and air conditioning related control systems.
- Ability to understand and diagnose electrical issues.
