AER LINGUS , a member of the IAG Group, is the Irish airline subsidiary operating from Dublin, Shannon (Ireland) and Manchester (UK) to 19 destinations in North America, seeks an experienced, full-time, Regional Operations Manager North America.
To succeed at this role, your must possess :
- Minimum 5 years progressive airport operations experience at a leadership level.
- Significant experience in airport operations to include strong relationship building skills to influence issues with airport operators, Ground Handling Companies and other stake holders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead Ground Handling suppliers and other third-party entities.
- Sound knowledge of all relevant international Ground Operations procedures for above and below wing operations, Safety Management Systems, Security and Government Regulations.
- Proficiency in Office 365
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident of the USA.
This position reports to the Airports Manager, North America, and the work schedule requires 24 / 7 flexibility and contact. Applicants must be available to travel without restriction to any destination within the geographic North America region and to Europe and the United Kingdom.
Applicants must have the ability to work in the USA without sponsorship and hold a valid unrestricted passport for global travel.
Salary consideration based on experience : $75,680 to $97,050 annually
