What We Would Like You to Do

AER Technologies, Inc is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our success-driven company. The primary role of our Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to answer a high volume of incoming warranty, sales, and service support calls from automotive dealerships and independent service centers. As an AER Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Communicate with our customers via email and inbound calls
  • Identify opportunities to build and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clientele
  • Assist customers with questions regarding shipping, billing, and delivery
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve issues/concerns and build customer-focused solutions
  • Ensure product deliveries and returns are completed in a timely manner

What You Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • The drive to gain more knowledge in the automotive industry
  • Previous call center and customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation

  • $20 - $21 per hour

Interview Process

  • All initial interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams video conferencing.
  • All offers of employment are contingent upon the passing of a background check as well as a drug & alcohol screen.
  • AER participates in E-Verify

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
