What We Would Like You to Do
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and supporting our electrical systems, with a focus on wire harness fabrication, circuit design, and hardware testing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fabricate complex wire harnesses for automotive and related systems
- Create and review electrical circuit designs with a focus on reliability and performance
- Develop and maintain testing hardware for electrical systems and components
- Perform detailed electrical system analysis and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering challenges
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and improvement of C# applications related to electrical systems
- Collaborate with software development team to enhance application functionality
- Provide technical guidance and support for software-hardware integration
What You Bring to The Table
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems
- Proven expertise in automotive communication protocols:
- CAN (Controller Area Network)
- LIN (Local Interconnect Network)
- Ethernet
- MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport)
- Advanced PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design skills
- Proficiency in electrical design software
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical system architectures
Additional Desired Skills
- Experience with microcontroller programming
- Knowledge of automotive EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) standards
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR (Automotive Open System Architecture)
- Experience with electrical system simulation tools
- Understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety standards
- Basic C# programming skills
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) and analysis software

Compensation:
- $75K - $85K
