What We Would Like You to Do
AER Technologies, Inc is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our success-driven company. The primary role of our Inside Sales Representative is to convert new dealership prospects into ongoing customers. In this position you will:
- Build new business in an assigned territory of US Ford Dealerships
- Perform detailed market analysis to gauge potential business volume
- Sell AERs competitive advantages to onboard new dealer accounts
- Develop relationships with dealership staff to build trust and confidence in AERs services
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to log sales and service-related activities
- Create strategic email campaigns to support sales outreach efforts
- Travel to customers within assigned territory to promote new business opportunities
- Correspond with current and prospective clients via email or phone
- Serve as liaison between AER and our dealer clientele
- Update customer accounts as needed
- Present sales progress to management as directed
- Other tasks directed by management
What You Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma or GED
- Multiple years of sales and customer service experience
- A high level of enthusiasm and passion for sales
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Highly detail oriented
- Exceptional phone and follow-up skills
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook

Compensation
- $22 - $24 per hour plus commission
