JOB SUMMARY
AerCap Materials, Inc. is hiring for a Global Sourcing Analyst. This role will be responsible for executing Sourcing processes in support of business objectives, reducing expenses to benefit the business and our Customers, exceeding services level goals, while meeting all regulatory requirements. This role will support, maintain and enhance supplier performance, with a continual focus on process improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Provide daily Sourcing and Repairs Management Support for the Sales Staff and ensure customer requirements are being met
· Execute and Manage Sales Order related Repairs and/or purchase orders with a defined work scope, at a defined cost, and ensure a timely turn
· Proactively seek potential solutions to challenges, and provide options when alerting Commercial Account Managers
· Identify parts that should be repaired, overhauled and/or modified to increase marketability
· Obtain market pricing and repair pricing from Approved Suppliers as needed and load to Sourcing data base for full visibility
· Reduce cost of repairs and purchases by negotiating price and/or sourcing piece parts, as required. Manage supplier performance directly.
· Ensure International Trade Control (Import/Export) regulations are followed
· Develop, monitor, and pursue tactical and strategic initiatives/projects in areas such as supplier management
· Prepare analytical reports, forecasts and supplier/customer dashboards as needed
· Maintain supplier information in ERP system
JOB REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Educational/Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma & equivalent experience
· Experience in a financial services, sourcing, operations or customer service setting
· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
