What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Contract Manager position at AerCap Materials?
AerCap Materials has an immediate opening for a Leasing Contract Manager covering all global regions. This role will be responsible for contributing to the component leasing strategy and assisting with the execution of the component leasing plan to deliver sustained growth year over year. Additionally, this role will manage new and existing component leasing contracts, drive development/improvement of component leasing products, & work closely with Business Development, Asset Management, Finance and Risk departments to drive and deliver effective results for the business and our customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with management of leased assets including repairs, invoicing, logistics, audits and contract management.
- Track, prepare and share reports, data and other relevant metrics. Address deviations from performance and growth plan and collaborate with key stakeholders to initiate corrective action.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within our proprietary ERP system in accordance with the contract and on time billing.
- Letter of Credit and Security Deposit management.
- Monthly review to include repair status of assets on lease, billing parts that scrap, concerns i.e. insurance and VAT issues.
- Track paperwork, return timing, billing for missing parts and logistics during the lease return process.
- Quarterly review with Customers, schedule audits and report results
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned relating to Leasing
JOB REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Educational/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the commercial aviation industry or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience dealing with component leasing within the aviation industry.
- Experience in negotiation, facilitation and decision–making skills
- Strong PC skills required including MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Valid passport & willingness to travel internationally, in some cases at short notice.
