POSITION INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator with outstanding organizational skills, strong follow-up capabilities, and exceptional time management abilities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our project teams by ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and effective documentation from start to finish.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound new project estimate requests through consultative sales tactics.
- Gather details regarding project to build proposals, follow-up, and capture.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Schedule and organize projects, prepare critical notes, and document customer relations.
- Monitor project status updates with team members.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Perform administrative tasks such as gathering, reviewing, and maintaining project files.
- Support project managers and team members as needed to facilitate project success.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- 2 Years of proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
