Description
This role is responsible for the meticulous care and maintenance of cannabis plants in a commercial cultivation environment.
The successful candidate will work on our day shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
- Trim and manicure cannabis plants with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare multiple strains according to specific protocols to ensure maximum quality.
- Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained for operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Age requirement: 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid Cultivation center agent ID card.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks over long periods.
- Prior experience in factory-style production environments is beneficial.
