Company Background

Founded by its sole shareholder in 2010, ACS has experienced significant growth and continues to develop at a market leading pace with a focus on narrowbody Boeing and Airbus aircraft. It’s unique ability to “handle the metal” along with full in-house capability on all aspects of managing mid-life and end-of-life aircraft provides the platform for creating value in a competitive environment. Areas in which ACS can typically “add value” range from optimizing cash flows associated with a specific lease to maximizing an aircraft’s residual value via a sum-of-the-parts exit approach, passenger release, or freighter conversion and cargo release. Since inception, ACS has deployed over $5B in capital in mid-life aviation assets via one-off transactions and its discretionary private equity funds. ACS has successfully raised and deployed its three private equity funds and is in the process of raising and deploying its fourth fund. Investors range from single and multi-family offices to large institutional investors
