Investor Relations & Fund Administration (Primary): Serves as main point of contact for current investors as it relates to the ongoing reporting of their investment in a fund. Current investor count equals 215. Supports the EVP – Business Development in the coordination of investor requests for information, due diligence and is responsible for investor legal documents. Takes active role in overall fund administration, reporting and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for investor onboarding; subscription documents; transfer requests
- Supports all aspects of fundraising cycle from fund planning, offering document preparation, pitchbook review, launch, LP diligence, and closing of investor capital commitments
- Manages investor reporting deliverables; monthly portfolio summaries; ongoing side letter requirements; quarterly update letter & dashboard; press releases (review with investor focus)
- Coordinates with outside legal counsel and tax advisory to assist with fund and underlying investor related documentation, regulatory requirements, and administration
- Actively participates as member of ESG framework; duties include annual report preparation, presentations, employee request forms and initiative support
- Develops and maintains IR data, processes, and fund related materials for investors, internal departments, and service providers
- Maintains relationship with Fund Administrator and acts as first point of contact
- Assists with Compliance Policies and Procedures
- Coordinates new structure / entity setup
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related field
- Effective communicator with experience in cross functionally leveraging other teams
- Ability to multi-task and project management multiple deals to a result while meeting tight deadlines and targets
