ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for searching, evaluating, and proposing assets for purchase in accordance with the company’s investment strategy and for marketing, advertising, negotiating, and closing the sale of assets after refurbishment.
ESSENTIAL TASKS/DUTIES:
- Search, evaluate and manage assets acquisition in accordance with the company’s investment policy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with aerospace industry clients, including manufacturers, airlines, and maintenance organizations.
- Understand client needs and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Close deals by coordinating with clients, legal teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in all transactions.
- Following the cost controls of the department as set by contracts and policies.
- Generate accurate quotations within the ERP System, Corridor.
- Evaluate aerospace components and assets to determine their market value.
- Establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies based on market conditions.
- Work effectively with his/her peers on a professional basis.
- Implement real time problem resolutions.
- Generate reports to management as requested.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare marketing information, advertise, negotiate, and close asset sales.
- Effectively communicate customer and competitive intelligence to appropriate department for appropriate product development.
- Actively network with industry contacts to ensure market intel is current.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience in the Aviation Industry required.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aerospace or Industrial preferred), Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
