ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
As our MRO Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on niche opportunities and contracts within the aerospace MRO sector. You will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets through your proactive and self-motivated approach.
ESSENTIAL TASKS/DUTIES:
· Identify Niche Opportunities: Research and analyze the aerospace market to uncover untapped niches and emerging trends, allowing us to position ourselves as a premier MRO service provider.
· Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to target potential clients, foster leads, and convert them into valuable contracts.
· Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
· Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and proposals, leading to successful contract negotiations with incumbent and potential customers.
· Market Insights: Stay updated on industry developments, competitors' activities, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales approach.
· Sales Reporting: Regularly update management on sales activities, progress towards targets, and upcoming opportunities.
Requirements:SKILLS REQUIRED:
· In-depth knowledge of aerospace components, Part 145 regulations, and industry practices.
· Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical mindset to identify market gaps, niche opportunities and capitalize on them (civilian and military).
· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
· Willingness and ability to travel as needed (minimum of 50%) for client meetings and industry events.
· High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Sales: 4 years required
· MRO: 2 years required.
· Military Contract: 1 year preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
· Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
