Office Administrator
We are a small business that was established in 1986, we provide aircraft parts and materials to customers overseas.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality customer service to all of our customers via phone, & email.
* Extensive research for aviation parts, materials and tools.
* Processing of all Domestic, International, inbound and outbound shipments.
* Special Projects as assigned by Management.
* Some mandatory overtime and weekend is required (as deemed necessary).
Job Requirements
* Exceptional phone and people skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Basic computer skill involving research, e-mail and data entry.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers in a professional manner.
* Must posses organizational and problem solving skills.
* Possess the ability to multi-task and have effective time management skills.
* Details and results oriented with the ability to deliver on commitments.
* Be someone that enjoys working with people and demonstrates the desire and ability to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
* The ability to ship and receive part that at times are in excess of 50 LBS.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
