Description: Instructional Assistant - STAR, PRIDE, FALP, CD, and Multi-Needs Programs
Job Summary: Will participate in implementing daily lessons and IEP goals/objectives. Position requires assistance with life skills and behavior management (including physical management), working with assistive technology, and equipment management. This position requires working collaboratively with a team to assist and supervise students on academic and non-academic tasks. Position will involve working with students with moderate to severe disabilities including cognitive impairment and autism.
Qualifications: Educator License with Stipulations / Paraprofessional letter from ISBE
Working Conditions: AERO Theraputic Center

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be interviewed by AERO supervisors
Compensation: Starting Salary equates a minimum of $21 an hour worked.
